T.D. was the quarterback of the Army Football team during his years as a cadet, After graduating, he served five years as an Army officer. After leaving the Army TD developed diverse experience leading high and low tech product and process manufacturing companies, and worked with entrepreneurs, private equity, Fortune 50 and family-owned businesses in start-up, emerging growth, operating improvement and turnaround situations. He previously served as CEO/president/operating partner/chief restructuring officer for more than a dozen businesses, and served as a board member for more than 30 companies and non-profits. In addition to being an operator, he also has unique finance experiences as an interim CFO, principal with an LBO firm, investor with a family office and president of a $3 billion alternative investment firm.
